1. General These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by ZULFIQAAR AHMED, ABDULLAH (trading as Dr. Detailers). By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Non-Refundable Deposits

• To secure a booking slot, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

• All deposits are non-refundable. This deposit covers administrative costs and the loss of business incurred by reserving a time slot specifically for your vehicle.

• If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. If notice is provided within this timeframe, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) at our discretion.

• Cancellations or “no-shows” made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

3. SMS Communications (A2P Compliance)

• By providing your mobile number, you opt-in to receive transactional and marketing text messages from ZULFIQAAR AHMED, ABDULLAH (DBA Dr. Detailers).

• Messages may include booking confirmations, deposit receipts, and appointment reminders.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Service Requirements & Liability

• Dr. Detailers is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose interior parts, or mechanical issues unrelated to the detailing service.

• All personal valuable belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the car.
  

• By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Payment Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of the service via Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.
